Who does heARTful remedies work with?

Renee specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. Beginning in March 2023, Renee will only be taking on new adult clients 18+

ALL humans 18+ are welcome!

How much do services cost?

45 minute sessions are billed at $120

60 minute sessions are billed at $150

Sessions are billed directly to accepted insurances. Insurance co-pays, co-insurance, or deductible costs are due at the time of session. For out-of-pocket sessions, payment is due at the time of session.

Sliding scale options are also available upon request. Finances should not be a reason you are unable to access the support you are needing.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost if insurance is not utilized under the No Surprises Act.

Does heARTful remedies accept insurance?

Yes, heARTful remedies accepts the following insurances:

Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Healthy Blue MO, Meridian of IL, MO HealthNet, United Health Care, UHC Medicaid/Community Plan, and UHC Student Resources.

What forms of payment does heARTful remedies accept ?

All major debit/credit cards and HSA cards.

All information is securely stored within your Simple Practice client portal.

What is the heARTful remedies cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Without 24 hours of prior notice, clients will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session.

Does heARTful remedies offer Telehealth?

Yes, however you should check with your insurance carrier before making an appointment to ensure this option is covered by your insurance plan. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, services being offered by heARTful remedies are primarily virtual at this time.

Is the heARTful remedies office accessible?

The office is on the second floor. If stairs are a concern, let Renée know and she will arrange to meet at an accessible location.

Where is heARTful remedies located?

heARTful remedies is located in the Hi-Pointe Business Center on bus route 16. The office is right off I-64, close to the intersection of Skinker and Clayton Rd. Metered parking is available out front.
